How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email — enter the code, then set a new password. The whole process takes just a minute and no support contact is needed.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings (tap the gear icon), scroll down to the Danger Zone section, and tap "Delete Account." Confirm your intent, then enter your password and tap "Delete Forever." Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
How do I invite someone to my household?
Go to Settings (gear icon on the dashboard), then tap "Generate Invite Code" under the Invite Someone section. Share the code with your household member — it's valid for 48 hours.
My scanned appliance info is wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes — tap any appliance in the Systems tab, then tap the edit icon. You can correct the name, brand, model, and other details. The AI will re-search for the correct manual automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
